Students New to the District

Parents/Guardians of students who have NEVER attended Eufaula Public Schools or who are returning after enrollment in another school district should email EHS Registrar Kristi Colbert at kcolbert@eufaula.k12.ok.us. 

You will need the following documents to enroll your student once you have been given a parent portal account:

  • Proof of Residence (current utility bill, lease agreement, etc. with physical address showing proof of residency in the district)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Immunization Record
  • Tribal Registration Card (if applicable)
  • Grades/Transcripts 
  • Guardianship Documents (if applicable)

Once all online enrollment forms have been successfully submitted, the parent/guardian will be required to come to the office in person and bring identification to verify guardianship/parental rights. 

Students who reside outside of the Eufaula School District will need to complete an online transfer application. The link to this is on our homepage. Students who reside in the Eufaula School District do not need to complete a transfer application.
